If anyone has trouble accessing the chat, make sure to check the following:

1) turn off your pop-up blocker for the B&G site
2) if that doesn\'t work, go to Tools --> Internet Options --> Security --> Trusted Sites --> Sites --> add blackandgold.net to trusted sites (and make sure to turn of the \"require https\" checkbox)
