Colts general manager Chris Ballard doesn't want a coach who isn't 100 percent committed

Good assistants matter. Campbell will be a head coach when he wants to be. I personally would stay away from the Colts. They are a BAD team with a broken franchise QB and crazy ownership.

Was he directly involved in bringing Fleecer in? If so, how would you consider his value as a TE coach?
