I hope not. Frank is a nice player but isn't dominant enough inside the trenches at 27. I doubt he is selected on day 1. Billy Price on the other hand ... he'll give you a solid performance every week and never misses games, loves football, the gym and has a high football IQ but more importantly, he's a BUCKEYE .
