So, the appeal is based on 1. one person's OFF THE RECORD statement that he/she heard a second shot. Which, to me, means someone heard someone say maybe something or another...BS... And 2. the judge should have admitted a previous Domestic violence arrest. Which, from what i read (when it actually happened) was a bogus charge to begin with taking place with he and his wife (same one in the car when he was shot and killed).

Yeah, I don't see that appeal gaining any legs.

This is just another abuse of the justice system....he was found guilty and no evidence available will change this verdict. He needs to pay dearly!

He has a right. That doesn't mean he will be successful.

You can file appeals but unlikely courts will here them. You know how hard it is to convicence a judge to re-try a case?
