Good slot receiver wasn't use well last year . I think that he could be a low $ #2 in FA.

Back on topic ... Matthews put up good #'s while in Philly but vanished w/Buffalo. He's taller than Willie Snead & slightly faster. Coach Curtis could polish him back to form.

I agree, he wouldn't break the bank either. Would be a solid #2 option.
