I am not a big fan of Richard Sherman, but he would be a nice short term addition. Even if not a starter, would be very nice for depth and a solid upgrade for the nickel.

No. An aging player coming off a serious injury (achilles injuries are unpredictable). Terrific corner in his prime but last year wide receivers ran past him en route to 1st downs.

Stay with the youth movement & continue to build the secondary through the draft.

My immediate reaction is no. We have bigger priorities, but at the right price and circumstance I wouldn't be against it. The guy plays with heart - who wouldn't want that?

We don't need to invest in corners right now. He will cost too much and we should invest that money in the trenches, LB'er, safety, DE, or TE/WR.

The fastest way to disrupt the social structure of our defense would be to bring in Sherman... We already have leadership, and it is working for us for the first time in quite a while.

Sherman is not a backseat fall in to rank and file sort of personality.

He is a bad fit.
