That article posted above says;

Delvin Breaux is flying all over the country right now.

"Newly a free agent after New Orleans decided not to tender him and made the cornerback an unrestricted free agent, Breaux has already been to Denver and New England. On Saturday, he said that visits to San Francisco and Green Bay are next."

They didn't tender him though.

You're right. I was thinking of Snead. However, given Breaux wants to be in NOLA, it basically works the same way. Either he doesn't get an offer at all, or he gets an offer and presents that offer to New Orleans to see if they can match. It mostly likely be above vet minimum and below RFA tender value. Who knows, they may have already offered him vet minimum.

I didn't know this. If he wants to be home then all he has to do is sign.
