Reid plays for a team that moved him all around because of lack of talent. He was playing linebacker last year and still did a decent job there. He’s not a star because of where he played.

It's not just Reid ... the entire safety market is on standstill at the moment.

Most GMs/owners simply don't want to over pay at the position. I think at some point, Reid will be signed.
