Which guy can contribute most in the passing game? If we were to bring in a vet we wouldn’t want to become one-dimensional when he’s in the game.

I serious doubt the Saints would bring in a vet at anytime prior to the regular season. Any vet on the roster on week one is guaranteed the full season's salary. That's why veteran players required as temporary "fill ins" are added AFTER game one. They would most likely handle any absence (still not known how long if at all) with what they already have on the roster.

Possible, as long as there is room on the 90 man roster. But, I just can't see bringing in anyone for three games (after week one), or less. There's just no way that player could have full knowledge of the playbook. They would be of extremely limited use. Another reason why, if there is indeed a suspension, the absence will be filled by in house resources.

I think Murray is worth taking a chance on. He was especially better with Tennessee catching passes.

True however we have Williams, Edmunds and Scott competing for spots.

After swinging & missing on Adrian & CJ, I prefer we stay away from Free Agent RB's.
