When clowns like Cam Newton and Matt Ryan make MVP before one of the GOATS in the league, it just shows what kind of a joke popularity contest it is. MVP has become an award for TV announcers to talk about non-stop instead of paying attention to the game on the field.

Those rings mean everything.....MVP means NOTHING.

Not disputing the MVP has a credibility issue by not having awarded Brees one, but until the turnovers in recent games, I felt he was having an MVP season because he was protecting the ball...
