That is funny. But the truth is, it is a celebratory day for the Freedom of Mankind from the tyranny of evil men, so it is for all to celebrate...

Besides, why not grille some food, bake an apple pie, raise a draft and salute the American Founding Fathers?

It certainly hasn't been perfect and the journey is difficult, but it's a worthwhile path...

I was asked the same question on Thanksgiving as well by more than a few people.

But, I too made a fool of myself countless times over, so it all evens out.

I just got back from the gun range......there's nothing more American than that, then I stopped at Uncle Sam's convenience store for a 12 pack. I'm headed out to the American Legion before the bottom drops out. Do fire works work in the pouring rain?:p
