Walter Football took a stab at a mock Supplemental Draft and had this pick:
Round 7: New Orleans Saints: Brandon Bryant, S, Mississippi State There might just be three players picked in the supplemental draft. Brandon Bryant is fringe-draftable, so a team believing it may not be able to land him as a UDFA could use a seventh-round selection on him. Fourteen teams were present at Bryant's workout, and the Saints were one of them. New Orleans lost Kenny Vaccaro this offseason - though he's still unsigned - so it might be interested in Bryant, who ran a 4.45 40 and recorded a 10-3 broad jump. New Orleans typically takes athletic players, and Bryant qualifies. I could see this happening... Dennis Allen loves his safeties. |
