No that would be a manifestation of his behaviour; it's called mid-life crisis among his other issues...

Man is an offensive genius, unlike Belichick who knows when to delegate, he just can't get out of his on way in the draft room...

But he's learning, he's got cache from winning the tournament, which the local media calls "organizational stability"...
