Personally, I'd love to spend a day with Zach Strief. I'd spend much of it over his brews at Port Orleans and talk Saints now, then and his history. Plus one, Guido, picking Strief. Fire up the pit, two chilled kegs of Strief's brew, hanging out while he regales us with this is what really happened in the game at...

Brees because I could play a match of tennis with him and get an epic workout.

Morstead and Watson also seem to have outstanding character and would be great to interact with.

Went to his (Streif's) retirement party. He was very nice to everyone. His beer isn't super great though IMO. Mark Ingram looks like a fun person.
