Still unimpressed with Klien, and Kikaha looks slow, slow, slow. It wouldn't hurt my feelings if Kikaha gets to watch this season from the couch.

I think Loewen is ahead of Kikaha & Johnson.

As for Devaroe ... I know some will say that "he was making plays against the "2's", but you can only line up against what ever is in front of you. 5 tackles, 3 solo and a sack? He's disruptive and hungry.

Got that right. Devaroe is so young but he's playing lights out. Great motor. Don't matter if its against the 2s...man is just playing ball & making plays.

And, yeah, I'd take Loewen over Kikaha & Johnson. He's freaking everywhere. Hard to teach football instincts, but he's gottem out the wazoo. Really love these effort guys, and it seems we're stocking piling them. Our cuts are gonna be interesting.

Our D-line has some talent, and coming into TC that was the one area I was worried about.

Now you see, even before Davenport, I thought our defensive line was becoming a strength, but lacked depth...

While I was disappointedin the first round reach, passing Harrison Phillips in the third, the market. fortunately, for back-end depth really came together...

We'll see in the third preseason game and in the first quarter of the season just how good it is...

"Becoming a strength...". This is a great concept; coaching young talent & developing. Love the fact a lot of our DLine are homegrown.

Watched Phillips vs Browns & he looked really good. Sure you wanted to hear that. I so bad wanted him too.
