Matt Ryan isn't a terrible QB but they over paid for that fool...and then some. I love how certain idiots at ESPN are determined to force his name into the elite discussion. Matt Ryan is 2nd tier at best, but they're paying him like he's 1st rate. They're dumb, and like you say, now they're stuck with him. Fine by me.

Constant excuses for Matt Ryan. What I don’t understand is how this guy still isn’t allowed to audible out of passing plays.

Actually I love the Falcons.
  • I love other teams beating them.
  • I love how often we beat them.
  • I loved seeing them lose the Superbowl.
  • I love seeing their fans go crazy.

I'm sure there are thousands of fans in New Orleans that LOVE THE FALCONS IN THEIR OWN SPECIAL WAY! :D

Not every move in the NFL is a linear move towards the future. Sometimes they are parallel or even a step back. When you have an aging QB and are in a win now mode you have to gamble a little bit. I down mind a down year or two if it means getting us to the Super Bowl this year.
Roster moves are a chess match.

Quarterbacks are so wishy washy once you get past Brady, Brees, and Rodgers. Most of them are so sometimey.

I can't recall Wentz or Watson having a bad game. Wentz rookie year, it took almost to the end of the season to throw a pick and the following season both Watson & Wentz were convo about player of the year. Are you trying to con someone out of there fantasy pick?
