Did he accidentally pick up some tips from 3rd and Chavis?

Davis is our best linebacker who is playing out of position.

That's not true, Major -every time Stupar's had the opportunity - he's made plays...

Again, too my point, he might not be as quick as Davis, but he's rarely out of position, and he's smarter with better instincts...

Going back to PreSeason, in each game Davis has made dumb mistakes (i.e. Bortles @ Goal Line) that rookies, morons make - not highly compensated veterans...

And if Davis is out of position, I'd question his ability to execute the defense at MIKE much less his position at WILL where he ran up the wrong lane gap often...

Davis is playing out of his natural spot & wasn't kept clean but he can't do it by himself. He made a few plays. The inability thus for Davis to excel here is strictly on the coaches.

At the end of the day, the Saints FO signed a MLB to not play in the middle :pissed:. Kind of hard to fault a guy for that.

D-line players are overrated. Onemayata is the only guy that is discruptive and I would extend him rather than Rankins (never understood the hype).

Our LBs? Always out of position. Why are they always changing something that works. New roles, starting inferior talent, Robertson on the bench...

All facts.

I think its hilarious really. Lol. Okay, so during camp and preseason, I saw all these reports that the LBs were getting all switched around (Davis at strong, Anzalone at Mike and so on). I seriously thought they were just making sure all the LBs knew all the positions. You know...like just in case theres an injury.

But they weren't! They really actually switched these guys around. Who the **** does that?! Lmao!!

I have a feeling we're going to see a lot more 3 safety sets starting next game.

We don’t have good enough safeties to run the 3 safety sets. None of them fill that Jenkins/Vacarro role. Plus they keep Patrick Robinson on the field a lot. We just need to put players in their natural spots and run defenses conducive to their style of play

One more thing before overreaction Monday comes to an end... Just fork over the damn cash and sign Johnathan Hankins already. Payton knew DT would be a weak spot, hence why he went after Ndamakong Suh and Muhammad Wilkerson in free agency.

Mike Nolan needs to get his **** together and fast.

All the linebackers looked lost and slow.

Cutting Stupar looks pretty stupid now.

This is the same Demario Davis that was 6th in the league in tackles just last year. Moving him from the middle doesn't seem to be working. That's on Nolan too.

Almost all of us in this forum can see that Craig Robertson needs to be starting, why can't Nolan see it?

When you make these types of moves and they work, you look like a genius.

When you make these types of moves and they don't work, you look for another job.
