Didn't that Tampa Bay QB throw for over 400 yards against the defending "World Champions"

Over 400 and 4 TD's pretty impressive from a guy the Jets castoff.
I remember Bradford started hot like that last season but eventually fizzled.

Yes, and the Eagles supposedly have an "elite" defense. Perhaps the Bucs are FAR better than was projected. I say one thing for sure, Jameis Winston has lost his starting job.

DANG!!!:brood:

They have a lot of high draft picks on their team. The talent is there to stop being a bottom dweller. Besides being in the toughest division in football I've been wondering just what has been holding them back. Front office? Coaching? Drafting? Team chemistry? Apparently, it was their QB!

They have tons of defensive talent. Probably the most in the division. And yet, the Saints were able to put up 40 on them and should have been more.

I wonder what it's like to be led into battle with a crab-leg stealing, woman grabbing, "W"-eating, manchild punk.

He has the talent, but dude...he has the maturity level of a 14 year old. The Bucs being actually led by a strong, mature QB was what they needed apparently.

Thinking the wheels come off when Winston comes back to lead the team, unless their coaching staff wants to keep winning & keep him shelved.

Hope they do the right thing & put in Winston immediately, no questions asked. We'll catch then pass them in the division in a matter of weeks.

I hope the same thing, but seriously doubt it. I listened to three different shows on NFL Radio today and all six hosts said the same thing ... there's no way now that Winston comes back and starts regardless of what happens next week. According to their own OC the Bucs are executing parts of their playbook with Fitzgerald that wasn't able to be implemented last season. In other words, Winston couldn't handle it.

Two games into the season, Fitzpatrick is balling. I'll give him that.

Tampa looks really good right now but the NFL season is long and brutal. I think the NFC South is the toughest division in football. Lots of talented teams.

Fitzpatrick is under no stress. He'll revert back to what he was once he starts overthinking things and starts bugging out when Winston returns. Fun to watch but it's about over. People acting like he's the next Tom Brady. He sucks other than 2 games.

That's the talk on NFL Radio. Clearly the best division in the league. Don't forget that the Bucs were loved upon before last season. It could be that Winston was the broken link.

Yep ugly wins do count but an ugly win against the worst team in the league who played one of their worst games doesn’t really give me a ton of confidence that the Saints are any good.
They have not showed me anything yet. Yes the defense improved but the offense struggled so at the end of the day you are left with a Jekyll and Hyde team that can’t get their **** together.
The fact that both were home games just makes it worse.
