Report: Josh Norman benched for wearing headphones while Jay Gruden addressed team
 

Washington cornerback Josh Norman was benched for the start of the second half of Monday night’s loss to the Saints, for reasons that weren’t publicly explained. Now an explanation has emerged: Norman put on headphones at halftime, and didn’t take them off when coach Jay Gruden addressed the team.

He makes his money on getting into people's head, you saw it happen to Odell a few years back and plenty of other receivers over the years.

Enter Michael Thomas who will not back down from a challenge and suddenly Norman tries to play the victim saying that Thomas is a bad guy and not worthy of being spoken about.

I'll just put this out there, Thomas doesn't look big but he's one of the most physical Saints receivers I've seen, even over Marques Colston.

Josh Norman is blazing a new position....Snow Flake Corner. Talk trash to him and he melts. Knowing Goodell, Thomas will be suspended for intentionally bruising Norman’s ego.
