Chris Harris Jr.

Because PJ Williams cannot be allowed to continue this garbage.

I honestly don't give a crap what we have to give up. If we seriously want a SB this yr, it needs to happen. PJ is gonna cost us a game at this rate.

You know you are fast when you catch Tyreek Hill from behind. Chris Harris did that. Dude is a stud. Perfect for covering quick/fast WRs.

Don't see (Chris Harris Jr) it happening. Just listened to SP post game presser and he doesn't sound like a coach ready to look for another slot corner. Ours is unfortunately on IR.

Not sure if we will face any more top tier slot WR's as good as Thielan again this season. PJ Williams is most likely that guy.

He’s not the guy. He’s who we’re left with.

And if you’re looking for who can exploit the matchup my answer is any competent quarterback. And we’ll see plenty the rest of this season and into the playoffs.

If we are “all in” then let’s push ALL the chips

As Deuce pointed out on his post game show ... Thielen (a couple of his catches we had perfect coverage) on a bad day is a top 10 slot WR in this league. While PJ has his faults as a slot guy, but he's above avg dime back. Even the Rams have weaknesses on D. All NFL teams do.

What I do like about PJ is that mentally he never checks out. Sean Payton has proved that he will not bench/replace a guy who gets beat physically rather then mentally.

Simply don't see the brain trust going after a slot guy before the trade deadline.

Isn’t P Rob returning later like playoffs

He's dealing with ligament damage as well. Highly unlikely.

Real bummer.

sure Thielen is a top 10 WR. But PJ is graded at 39.1. Good for #109 in the league. What’s his excuse for every other game??

There’s weakness and then there’s Achilles heal. Remember Jason David? He had an interception too!

Understood 76.

IMO the best way to help the "weakness" at slot is for Mr. Davenport to keep improving. Coordinators will alter play calling into TE sets or risk the being dominated by our strong D line. IIRC slot was a liability 1st half vs Vikes however that stopped after halftime.

Again, I just don't see the Saints making moves for a slot corner.

They better bro. Either that or try to get somebody like Micah Hyde in a trade. A safety who can line up and play man or zone.

We had that guy, Natrell Jamerson, and we cut him and kept Arthur Maulet, who we cut later...

The personnel decisions with regards to the DBs has been nothing short of a cluster-f*ck since the off-season, through draft and camp...

Apple looks like he may be a fine get, but we're back to throwing away draft capital because Sean doesn't like f*cking with rookies...

Jamerson, should have been a safety, would have been a fine reserve to Patrick Robinson in the slot...

I remember reading an article (Nola) early on in training camp how Aaron Glenn was so pleased with Jamerson's progress then boom ... cut :argue:. We'll never know what goes on behind closed doors, however I tend to believe SP vetoed Glenn's recommendation/praise of Natrell.

On well ... on to the Lambs :brood:.

Lots of trade talk here in Denver the past few weeks. Harris's name hasn't been mentioned, but Roby's has. Doubt Denver would be willing to part with Harris. Roby won't resign here.
