I agree. This definitely is not a good sign going into next Sundays game. This could easily be a preview of the NFC championship. I hope it was a minor precaution and the coaching staff are just trying to get them some rest.

Better to lose to them now than to lose to them in the playoffs

Wait, what? Is Cameron Jordan NOT playing on Sunday? Davenport has emerged in the last few games but c'mon, he's not even a starter yet. Okafor is still pretty good & Trey will add rotational help.

I'll agree that losing the rookie is a tough blow, however the Saints are still a very, very good team.

Gotta have a little bit more faith.
