Yes. He is still officially on the team. Everyone that was on the team that year gets one unless they changes the rules.

Yeah. You can’t release an injured player. If he’s on IR he’s still on the team.

Yes...

Everyone on the roster at some point during the season is even if you get cut or on IR you get a ring. But you have to be on the active roster at the start of the season and at any point.
