...to go into Sunday games 10-1, #1 seed in the NFC and having just swept the Falcons.

Man, football is so good right now. This team has what it takes. Let’s rest up, head to Dallas on Thursday and head home with the W!! Meanwhile, we can all root for the Hawks.

It feels great! As a life long/ franchise long fan - this whole decade plus has been great. But I am truly not "USED" to sitting on top. no longer the scrappy underdog. We haven't been "THE TEAM TO BEAT." very many times.

That said... football should be played on Sunday. I don't know what to do with myself.

I'm more of a sit back and ride the wave kind of guy.
But we've definitely done some pounding so far this season, for sure.

It's truly the Golden Age of Saints football. And it ain't over yet. Our defense is like a giant elaborate Transformers robot, that keeps unpacking itself every game and hasn't even fully unfolded yet.

A lady in the break room was a bit puzzled why I was rooting for the Seahawks when I told her I was a Saints fan. I told her "the enemy of my enemy is my friend" :)
