Wow.

Now would someone like to explain to me what constitutes "menacing"? Is that like stalking or threatening?

Menacing Law and Legal Definition. Menacing is a crime governed by state laws, which vary by state, but typically involves displaying a weapon or a course of conduct that intentionally places another person in reasonable fear of physical injury or death.

Ive been charged with Menacing in Kentucky twice and all I did was cuss a bunch of people out. It was 20 years ago and in one of the worst states in the US. I don't really know the difference between menacing and disorderly conduct. Thank god I quit drinking years ago or I would probably have a few more.

FIFY. And you're right, sometimes you just gotta get right...

Menacing is a broad term, but for an NFL bell-cow, running back, to take a full-bore dive, at a woman no less, he needs some time in the juzgao...

Don't give a rat's arse what his posse claims, whether they're even truthful or lying to help a brother, you don't take out a woman as he did...

I disagree. A basic punch in the temple by a woman could kill a grown man. He has a right to fight back and use whatever force needed to incapacitate her if that is what happened.

Nobody knows the whole story, probably never will but nobody should ever take physical abuse by anyone, man or woman. I would not think twice about clocking a woman in the face if she hit me in the face.

And for the record he was let go for lying. Not hitting someone.

Didn't he retire as a result of his heart condition?

Violence is wrong. A man laying his hands on a woman is wrong. Would never condone it. Be the bigger person and walk away. You will be glad you did. That being said, it doesn't mean all women are above deserving a punch to the face. Some possess a special kind of crazy. :)
