Cowboys’ Jaylon Smith fined for hit on Alvin Kamara
this is a discussion within the Saints Community Forum; Obvious targeting. Smith is looking at the ground as he slams into Kamara. Fine should be higher and just like college (or soccer) there should be targeting penalties that lead to ejections or suspensions....
