i think what bothers me the most is that it shows how vested the league is in picking winners and losers by subjectively enforcing penalties designed to protect the players. they let kris richards seahawks headhunt when he was there, and now they're letting him do it in dallas. all because dallas winning means more money for the league. meanwhile the rest of the teams in the league have to watch their every move to avoid penalty.

another factor in all of this is that this really might be their only shot with this roster. lawrence is already on a franchise tag making QB money and there are a ton of contracts coming up. i think we beat them running away in an evenly officiated game but i'm a bit concerned as OP about what kind of cooking the refs do for them in the playoffs. i mean they just fleeced philly in the worst way.

At least any playoff game will be in the Dome, don't trust the officials but any f***ery and they'll be lucky to get out of the city alive
