Has Ginn started practicing? I think you have to practice for two weeks after coming off injured reserve before you can play.

Needs to hit the roster first. Dropping Swoope, or any other, give the room to bring Ginn back.

Don't forget, we will have a first round bye. Ginn can come back and have multiple weeks of practice with no film for opponents.
