Division games are always a s**t show, for all teams, example seasqwaks yesterday....especially when the the home team is backed in the corner.

yes sir...not always who you get but when. I will keep saying that like a broken record. Their season is over. They played for it tonight. 3rd game for us on the road. Hard for any team.

It is a good win

When the offense finally gets rolling again we are gonna steamroll teams the way the defense is playing

Offense gave up more points than our defense!!!!

Brees and Payton seem to be in a funk. We are squeaking by on Thomas' and Kamara's sheer talent right now - both had key conversions short of the sticks on that 4th quarter drive. And of course the defensive clamps, playing pretty solid at all levels. Bell was the real eye-opener tonight.

Re: Saints @ Panthers Game Day Thread

I wonder if the offense's woes have to do with being on the road for 3 straight weeks?

bobdog86 12-17-2018 10:35 PM

Re: Saints @ Panthers Game Day Thread

I think teams have seen enough film to realize that Thomas doesn’t have much help at WR,I think one of the things that is hurting us is consistent TE play. Drop ball by Ben, Arnold.....either the check down is Kamara or we are hosed. I reliable TE helps everyone.

7-1 on the road that is phenomenal the best we ever done since 09

I think so, hard to win on the road late in the season. 2 out of 3 is a win in my books, no matter how ugly.

Re: Saints @ Panthers Game Day Thread

Lets just get this wrapped up on Sunday and then keep Brees,Kamara and Thomas away from them week 17. They will be on full late hit mode

Re: Saints @ Panthers Game Day Thread

Sean needs to activate Ted Ginn this week He also needs to call Brandon Marshall. I realize Marshall probably wouldn't be good with the deep ball, but you can't tell me he couldn't be a good decoy or be able to help with short and medium passes. One of the TE's needs to step up and help Watson. I'm looking at Josh Hill. As far as Smith, Lewis, and Kirkwood, one of them needs to be benched.

First pick available if we don’t sign a free agent.

We don't talk about kickers/punters much however ...

Thomas Morested (pinning teams deep on their side) & Clutch Lutz.

Pound the rock, Ingram time. Sorry for babbling, pretty drunk right now.

U not doing nothing but telling it like it is pitiful offense now I see why they sent of b Marshall slower than what we have already

They are not running crisp routes and Brees is perfectionist he’s not going there way there supposed to be in a spot when Brees is ready and there not there . All out of zinc

McCaffery is very talented. But he's not going to have a very long career if the Panthers literally never use a backup HB to give him a breather. Between his usage rate and Stanford and now this, it's going to add up quick. McCaffery is good but they shouldn't put it all on him like he's Sweetness or Emmitt.

He’s already slowed I think but he’s goes on pure heart and smarts that will allow him to play for a long time till his last concussion bids him farewell
