On to the Panthers

The Panthers back-up QB Taylor Heinicke... who's replacing Scam Newton in the final 2 games of the Panthers season... was injured on a tackle during yesterday's loss to the Falcons. He's getting a MRI on his injured left elbow today.

So we can go to 14-2 with our backups since we'll be playing a 3rd string QB?

Yes. Teddy B (2nd string) will do his choppa style all game.

Rest as many starters on both sides of the ball as possible.

So the Saints paid a third rounder for a dancer backup QB?

Don't care if we win this game. Everything we need is wrapped up in a nice tidy package a perfect Christmas present for all of the Saints nation.

Honestly, I really want to lose to Carolina.

2009 13-3
Losses to Tampa, Dalllas, Carolina
= Won Super Bowl.

Sound eerily familiar?

IS MCCAFFREY GOING TO SHUT DOWN TOO? LIKE HE DID FOR THE ROSE BOWL, AFTER ALL IT'S A "MEANINGLESS" GAME.

New Orleans Saints vs. Carolina Panthers

“I’m going to specify for the fourth time. You ready? I can't be any more clear. We are going to approach this game just like we would a regular season game and if there's any changes to the lineups, I'll keep you posted. I'm done answering that question. That's four in the last 24 hours.” — Saints coach Sean Payton.

I’m not really sure who’s going to be playing QB for them. Kyle Allen I guess?

Well it’ll be interesting to see if Payton lets guys like Jordan, Rankins, etc. pad their stats getting after Kyle Allen. Hopefully we just let Hendrickson, Loewen and the rest of those guys get some action.

I truly love it when you see clueless Falcons or Panthers fans make comments like "aints will fail like they always do". The lovely irony of saying that about a team who has won a Super Bowl by the fans of teams that just fail at winning Super Bowls and are sucking their way out of the playoffs right after getting there. I love it.

Loewen was cut to make room for two more offensive lineman along with a defensive back I think.

If Payton didn’t pull Brees after that 10-0 run when it was lights out games I believe he at least starts gets his start and 6 yards than to the showers

6 yards than to the showers

WHAT IF HE SLIPS ON THE SOAP AND TEARS HIS LABRUM AGAIN? BEST TO SEAL HIM IN CARBONITE TILL THE PLAYOFFS START.
