Good move. Motivation for playoffs. Ward off possible suitors this coming year, and encourage him to stay in spite of Davenport.

Very happy to root for an organization that behaves this way. Definitely sends the right message to current players and those we're hoping to sign in the future.

He was rewarded because team was so good. He had limited snaps in a meaningless game. Why risk the injury, pay him instead.

The Eagles should do the same for Foles. Without his play, they wouldn't be in the playoffs.
