Seachickens were an embarrassment tonight.

Sebastian Janikowski suffered a thigh injury while attempting a field goal on the final play of the first half

Incredible.

I hate Dallas more than Atlanta I swear.

Dead heat for me as well!

It's a drop kick. Still legal in the NFL. In slow motion it's possible to see that the ball actually hits the ground before the kicker contacts it.

It can be used to score the ball such as a field goal or extra point too. Doug Flutie's last career NFL play was a drop kick to score an extra point in New England. It's the only scoring NFL drop kick in the Super Bowl NFL Era.

I want them in the dome. I honestly think it will be a wholeee different ball game.

If you watched last night, Seattle had trouble giving Wilson time, but when they did they hit some deep balls on the Cowboys. The one play late in the game the Cowboys backend looked easily fooled by the route. If we give Drew time I think this backend can be had.

I know what it is. My post was questioning the lack of execution. Dude kicked the ball straight up in the air to a starting WR (Beasley) like a fair catch. Use your soccer skills and hope for a "one hop off the turf".

C'mon, gotta give your team a chance to make a play (see the great Thomas Morestead in SB). Seachickens needs to look for a kicker replacement this off season. 50 year old SJ ain't the answer.
