Sean McVay saw nothing wrong with Rams-Saints refs' missed pass interference no-call

Mcvay should have kept his mouth shut, up until this article I had respect for him. McVay said “I thought it was a Bang-Bang type play"
So in the Rams Defensive Playbook totally take out the Receiver without a chance for the ball. Then you yell out to the Refs this was a Bang-Bang
play and they will nod and not throw the flag. Got it..

It was a bang bang play. Robey-Coleman hit TLL and then TLL's body hit the ground.

No it wasn't. Streif said he's 150 yards away in the radio booth and he saw it clear as day. It wasn't even close. Two refs, each within 5-10 yards missed it? No way on earth. Any idiot saw it. It's wasn't close. Had it been close you (me) might understand. It was blatant, and that's what the uproar is all about.

Blatant. No excuse to miss that call. The only reason a professional ref misses that call is if he WANTS to miss that call. There is no other explanation.

G whiz McVay, don't underscore that missed call.

Probably the worst missed, helmet to helmet, face guarding, pass interference calls all in ONE PLAY of all time.

He knows damn well he wouldn't be saying that if he's on the other end of it. Whatever man.

I was being sarcastic :)

McVay has now solidified himself on my Hate That Pussified A$$hole List. He was already there, but now he has a lifetime membership.

Gurley is still the one that is drawing most of my ire, with the Instagram post. It was nothing at all to joke about, especially in the way that it was done. As I said before, he should be suspended for the Super Bowl and 4 games next season for that post.

I get the play. I would have interfered too if I was the defender. Preventing a TD by PI is just part of the game. I guess you can say it was a heads up play or whatever but if that ******* is saving the call was a good call he hasn’t a cunt hair of respect for the game of football in his body. I would not be happy to get to the Super Bowl on a play like that. Honestly I would rather lose the game. Even if they win the SB people are still going to remember how they got there. **** them

Even if the hit wasn't too early, the helmet to helmet should have been called. There's no excusing the no-call no matter what. It's airtight.

I never cared for him, always thought he was a smug pompus millennial douche and i was correct. If he was such a goddamn offensive whiz he would of put up more than 26pts.

See if this looks like it wasn't too early. There is no way that official could miss that call.

Seeing it from this angle for the first time the only conclusion I can make is that the call or any call other call to benefit our boys was not in the nfl game plan. At that point the only penalty to call would be against the Saints. For the final insult was the no call on hands to the Brees’s face/helmet by Fowler on the interception. Not one hand but both that was final.
