Where’s the audio?

I’ve seen every video. Every camera angle. And almost every meme out there. But I’m wondering - has anyone heard audio from Gary Cavaletto (the enthusiastic ref waving “incomplete”)?

Since Vinovich’s story is “I didn’t see it” and claims “judgement by the officials”, what was the judgement?

Was it simply incomplete? What did he tell the side judge that made him take his hand off his flag?

Don’t tell me I’ll have to wait 10 years for the 30 for 30 episode.

Never mind I found it. “Bang bang” said Cavaletto. Total BS

Re: Where’s the audio?

There's no question in my mind that the older gray-haired ref did that NO GOOD signal, then repeated that NO GOOD signal again, and waved off the other, younger, more physically fit ref from throwing his flag. Without audio it looked to me like the older ref was pulling a seniority type, "don't you dare cross me" type move on the younger ref, with that second crossed-arm NO GOOD gesture. The larger question of WHY they did it, actually isn't as important to me, as understanding the WHAT and HOW of what happened with that non call. The older ref clearly uses his body language to tell the younger ref to "stand down," no flag. I don't see how you can watch the play and not see that interaction between the older ref and the younger one.

For what it's worth, there have been plane crashes where the co-pilot was right and could have avoided the crash and prevented it, but the main pilot (usually older) overruled the co-pilot and the plane goes on to crash as a result. That actually happens, it can lead to mistakes in the cockpit of airplanes.

There was a sound enhancing broadcast recording dish around the 4 yard line just to the goal side of the ref and Payton

Would be nice to have a forensic lip reader and body language expert decipher what the officials were doing. It could be very revealing.

There will be some 30 minute documentary making it clear what happened 5 years from now. It's not needed though because it's crystal clear what happened.

Eyes see two infractions. Brain neuro transmitters interpret eye signal and re-routes it to no call because emotions override all logic and keeps the brain from telling hand to throw the damn flag.

But what was the brain's motivation? That's what I want to know. These guys, or the league they work for, or both, are dirty. Aside from incompetence there is no other reasonable explanation.

I've had a lot of time to get over this and think deeply.

Maybe from his angle he could see Roger giving the cutthroat gesture.
