It will be ranked as the worst NFL screw up of all time. Ref didn't comprehend the magnitude at the time but he will. The rest of his life which he should. It was dirty and ruins the game.

That ref comprehended it. That ref pre-meditated it. He knew (they knew) exactly what he was doing. There is no other valid explanation outside incompetence.
