Great arm, pretty athletic, threw a beautiful ball with a tight spiral every time. Initially we won a bunch of games with him but it seemed that teams started blitzing and playing press coverage and for whatever reason it worked against us. Give Wade Wilson time and he'd pick u apart. Like I said he threw a beautiful ball. Almost like Warren Moon. RIP Wade Wilson. Thanks for the memories.

He was more of a Cowgirl and Viking than a Saint.

RIP nonetheless.

Likely passed from diabetes complications. I think I remember reading somewhere he has a toe amputated.

If I member correctly he replaced the Cajun cannon... He burned hot at first... But faded... But he was old by the time he came to us. 60 is way too young. I think he went on to be a coach. I remember him as a solid smart choice.

He was the QB the year the Saints started 5-0 then ran into the Jim Haslet coached Steeler defense that figured out how to stop them. They ended up 8-8
