We don't have to travel anywhere for a cold weather game late in the season. If they really wanted to screw us hard, they would've made the Seattle and Chicago road games in November or December. I know the general consensus among us as Saints fans is that Roger Goodell is moving heaven and earth to screw us, but if that's true, he's doing a poor job at it with this schedule. It's a division winning schedule. We were always going to have a tough schedule based off that. We don't get the luxury of playing in the AFC South, AFC East or NFC East which are truly bad divisions. Last year's schedule looked tough as nails for the same reason that it was a division winning schedule. The only stretch of the schedule I have a real beef with, is after the bye week we have 4 consecutive divisional games with Atlanta twice in the mix. This is the toughest stretch cause we have no idea how those games will go. No matter how bad Tampa, Carolina or Atlanta may be, I am sure they'll save their best game for us. |
