The 3 LB's in front of him are just as good in the run defense but more importantly they are much better in coverage/special teams.

Unfortunately Te'o wasn't blessed with sideline to sideline speed.

Maybe not but he's good in the rotation and he is a thumper! If the cost is right I have no problem with him playing for us next year. He is a good fill in.

I would keep him he turned this defense around or at least was a part of it
