Devin O was projected as high as 4th Rd from what I saw. This guy should get serious consideration to crack the 53 if he gets righteous with the playbook & helps on Special Teams. Love this signing. I picked him in the 5th on that draft simulator...shows what I know.

Think I'm more impressed with the Undrafted Rookie Class than I am with the Draft class...
We definitely drafted need (Center, Safety) like many teams did this year; but we picked us some promising gems to compete for some depth... Hopefully the UDFA get a legit shot to push some of the veterans who rode it out at the end at the end of last season and didn't match Drew and them to Finish Strong... And if they can push those veterans out, that'll create even more caps space to start extending @CantGuardMike, @aces_e (Onyemata); and @shonrp2, @RyanRamczyk1 won't be far behind... |

Humphrey is a slower version of TE Jared Cook; chance at depth? We may actually see four or more TE-types as the offense evolves, changes...
We might start seeing two TE sets, leaner TE in slot opposite slot of Michael Thomas - CBs can't touch after five years so it'll be pitch and catch 10yd/time - mismatch football... |

It looks like the usual fine haul from the UDFA's....one or two gems waiting to be dusted off and carefully cut to be shiny diamonds...like on Superman's chest(or mine).

It’s been 14 years since NAU has had a player taken in the NFL Draft, but former wide receiver Emmanuel Butler signed a free agent contract with the New Orleans Saints after the draft was completed Saturday. Butler is NAU’s all time leader in touchdown receptions with 33 and receiving yards with 3,217. He also holds single season records with 1,208 yards and 16 touchdowns. Butler will report to Saints rookie camp this week and be ready for fall camp later in the summer.
