Thanks! I just married off my youngest son, Cameron, this past weekend to a beautiful lady that I can now officially call my daughter (in-law)!

Life is good ... no, life is great!

Happy Father's Day everyone!

I am only a step father to my wife's wonderful grown daughter that lives a few states over from us, but if your old man is still alive, be sure to give him a hug today.

Wish he was. He was the first enlisted man to step foot in Vietnam after the conflict officially started. He was on a B-52 bomber crew commandeered by a general early on to land in Saigon. Before then every US personnel had been officers as advisers.

When he finally retired from the USAF he was the senior enlisted man in the Air Force. There was a huge formal ceremony at Barksdale Air Force Base here in Bossier. Three Pentagon Generals attended the ceremony. It was my dad and two full bird Colonels. They Generals showed up for my dad, not the birds.

He taught me how to do everything or figure out how to do it. Miss him.

Oh, by the way. He passed because of complications from Agent Orange.
