Wherever he turns up, he makes plays. The only knock I had was Coach Payton taking Drew off the field on 2nd down inside the red zone.

I'll be curious to see what new S/T coach Rizzi has in store for "Take some" in 2019.

It helps that he wears #7 that looks kind of like #9 and both Brees and Taysom are both white.
If the 3rd string QB had the #12 and was black, it would stand out more.

I will eat major crow on this one. Last year I said he wouldn’t be productive and could never be a QB in the NFL.
I was wrong. He’s been productive at every position he plays, gives 110%, and is probably one of the most unselfish players I’ve seen. With the right coaching he may even be able to play Qb at an above average level.
I just love the guy. When he hits you he hits you hard and mean. I like that.
He will be a great asset for us UNLESS Payton gets cute and predictable with him. That’s my only concern. Payton has a tendency to draw from the well one to many times.
