To think the Giants passed on drafting Sam Darnold for Barkley, what a mistake. They could have a bright future right now with a young QB instead of the generational talent RB that isn't everything.

There was a lot of statistical evidence that proved that Barkley really didn't help the Giants offense improve much at all cause... surprise surprise, their QB was still mediocre at best.

Walter Payton is my pick for GOAT RB and the Bears only got one ring out of him.... and it came in a year where they had an above average passing game with a positive ANY/A percentage and a historical ranked defense. Many people pick Barry Sanders for GOAT yet he only won a single playoff game. The Lions didn't even get a playoff win the few years they had good QB play. Only RB in the GOAT discussions with a handful of rings is Emmitt Smith, and I'm sure it helped that he had a Hall of Famer handing him the ball and another Hall of Famer catching passes, as well as elite defenses in all 3 of those SB years.

Kamara has Brees. Terrell Davis had Elway. Sony Michel has Brady. Elite QB helps an RB like that become an even better player.
