Here we go. Real Saints news. I am getting those early season jitters now.

Kristian Garic's #4 bullet point ..

His assessment of Jordan Humphrey & being able to separate from defenders since the pads have come on.

I'm not getting that type of feedback from any other beat writer at camp. All I'm reading is Butler/Cobbs and Rishard Matthews as stand outs through Day 5.

Interesting.

Always love watching the young guys in the preseason. So many have come out of nowhere and been contributors for the Saints. I like Humphrey. I liked Kirkwood last year. Lots have the ability and flash. For some, that's the peak of their ability though.

I have been listening and he’s basing it on the last 3 days. He did sound pretty down on him earlier on but commented yesterday about how he seems to be one of those players that the lightbulb comes on when the pads go on. Bobby and Deuce agreed.
I still think he’s going to have a tough time making the team unless that injury to Butler is serious. A lot of competition there.
Has anyone heard anything about Butler?
