For Saints' Alvin Kamara, 'evolution' of unorthodox workouts all part of NFL grind
Saints running back Alvin Kamara doesn't shy away from challenges — especially ones that come in the form of unorthodox offseason workouts.
One of the themes this offseason was balance, as he's continued working with Dr. Sharif Tabbah of Athletix Rehab & Recovery in Miami. Balance is something Kamara said he's always had, but he's "definitely worked on it now more" in the past three to four years. One of the Instagrammable moments was when Kamara balanced on a stability ball, while his trainer threw up sticks with different colors on the ends. Tabbah called out a color right as he threw the stick to Kamara, and Kamara caught the right color every time. more on NOLA |

It amazes me how much non-sense these trainers come up with so they can get paid more money. This is a complete waste of time.
