scratching my head at all of the activity at RB-
reports re that Washington and Ozigbo are having great camps. We bring in Reddick, sign Quizz, and sign Williams.

Is Murray's spot in jeopardy?

If Kamara, Murray, Washington and possibly Ozigbo are locked in then it’s not really that big of a deal if we get a look at some other RB’s just in case we find one we really like.

Before the season ends we will have signed and cut and entire NFL roster of RB's. This is getting outrageous. What is going on? If Murray is not out there tonight the picture starts coming into focus. I don't think he is healthy.

I like the competition part it makes everyone better. He’s just not sold on Washington ?

I know a handful are "worried" about Murray however Sean Payton has stated in post practice interviews you have to be SMART with injuries or guys (E Butler) coming off injuries. Last thing you want to see is a guy re aggrevate something.

I can't compare our RB's to any other around the NFL but Sean demands a LOT out of his backs. You have to be able to do a lot of things well to have success in this offense.

We are bringing in as much competition as needed & have guys battle at practice.

As HALO stated, this is just a camp body signing.

Payton said he was pleased with Washingtons production in camp but I don’t believe a word that comes out of his mouth. Im thinking Murray has a lingering injury.

Murray had minor ankle surgery back in February, I believe. Payton knows exactly what he has in Murray, so there is no reason to rush him in there until the start of the season. As K Major pointed out, you have to be smart with these important players.

Hope it works out but not looking strong you have to admit. There is a strong probability he's dealing with a nagging injury and nobody wants to discuss it in any detail.

Doesn't even matter. If a RB can get going behind that intact OL nobody can. We won a SB with less than Murray. It's the line that matters more than anything. Watch Bell get crushed this year.
