Definitely making some tweaks to the ol’ 53-man roster projection after this one.

Re: Saints at Jets Preseaon Game Day Thread
It's easy to see that Taysom is better than Teddy.
As soon as Teddy takes the snap he wont set his feet, he just keeps back peddling and throwing off the back foot. Taysom has poise and has learnt to pass first, but he has some wheels if nothings there. Not to mention that Taysoms accuracy has improved a ton, I was genuinely surprised by the throws hes been making this preseason. They've been on the money. |

I also love that Deonte Harris didn't run right or left on the punt return (like the previous number 11 used to who's name will not be mentioned). He literally took one step and cut it up field, brave for a smaller guy going into the thick of it like that.
Competition is fierce at WR now too. |

Would like to see ozigbo play with some 1’s and 2’s and compare . Washington has stone tools for hands. And been in the league since 2016 I think. Washington hands down has special team locked |

Gun Tight Offset TE
X and TE in the slot. Z on the outside of the X. Y on the outside of the TE. Kamara in the back field. Drag Z and TE. X runs corner route. Y runs post. Block Kamara. Then you make slight variations. Same play except TE runs 10 and out instead of a drag. Same play excerpt Kamara slips out on a wheel route. Run some inside zones and jet sweeps to keep the defense honest and respecting the run. Run some screens. Take the TE out and go 4 WR’s sometimes. Take the Z out and put Kamara there sometimes. I know this stuff seems redundant or minute but NFL teams really just run the same plays and concepts over and over out of different formations with minor adjustments. This would be the perfect formation for the Saints in my opinion. This and the Singleback Wing with two TE’s. |
