Yeah that’s how I see it too. I’m just not familiar with Alonso’s experience playing Mike. I know he was the WLB in Miami.

He started out as a Mike Backer; he'll be fine...

Kiko can also play WLB and let Davis take the Mike...

I see the Anzalone move to IR as keeping a (dead) 53 man roster spot open for Brees.
