I think this is pretty surprising he has been showing promise so far. But hopefully it means that Rankins is returning very soon.

Tuttle must really be impressing the coaches. I thought Stallworth was developing nicely and I'm shocked and surprised by this move. This has been a disappointing week all the way around.

I'm willing to bet Payton wanted to do this move quietly to sign him back on the practice squad due to WR injuries but his agent went public and now he will probably sign elsewhere.
