I think it has to do with the circumstances Teddy has been through in the past few years. He was emotional during the anthem, later citing that it was special to him cause he never thought he would start another game.

The guy is a fighter like Drew to come back from his injury. I've grown to respect him as our quarterback and the fans should embrace him. He turned down the potential to start in Miami to come back here and I think that means a lot.

That’s good stuff. Teddy almost lost his leg and it’s a miracle he’s playing in the NFL still. I’d be emotional too in that moment.

It’s getting annoying really fast. The guy almost loses his leg and is just happy that he can play and was given an opportunity here in New Orleans but the fans **** on him. I wouldn’t even be mad if he won us a Super Bowl and left us with the way people are acting towards him.

I was happy with his improvement between the Rams game and the Seahawks game. I'm hopin to see that kind of improvement this week.

No doubt at all. We've been SPOILED ROTTEN having a Hall of Fame QB whom even in a 7-9 year, he'll put up stats that lead to arguments and comparing him to previous Hall of Fame QBs.

For the time being, the fans should accept and embrace Bridgewater. He's a fighter who came back from a horrific injury and he's a nice guy off the field. I'd rather have someone with his kindness and likable personality, over a douche bag like Baker Mayfield or Aaron Rodgers. One of them thinks he's the next superstar QB and has yet to live up to it, the other got a head coach fired and is already feuding with his new coach.
