We are done time to tank.
 
Except nobody thought we would have the type of defense that can win games.
TB did well in spite of all the penalties but it sure is fun watching a good hard hitting D. We are going to steamroll people when Brees gets back.
We could steamroll people now if they cut out all those dumb penalties.
Very exciting win.

Agree but we had all the penalties because the cowboys D line was murdering us all game. Like they have the last several years we have played them. We had some luck go our way this time.

Cowboys D is vicious. No QB is going to have success against that front. I don't even think Brees would have done much better. No time and outside of MT and Kamara forget it. Cook is pathetic. Can't get open, can't catch with coverage and poor situational awareness. Time to bench or trade him.

I still think Cook is going to get it together, but I agree on the rest 100%.

Rooting for this team without Drew is mentally very similar to the Dome Patrol era -- just get a few first downs and kick a few field goals, and the defense will handle the rest.

He won't. He is sloppy and has been his whole career. He is old and will not improve. One good season due to a tanking team. Fools gold.



Willing to bet we sign a TE by week 5. What we have is not gonna cut it.

I was thinking to myself that some of those holding penalties were made consciously because they knew TB was going to take to long and figured a hold was better than a possible Qb injury.
Kind of like when a Db draws PI to prevent a sure Td. Don’t know if it works that way on offense though.
