I never considered Amari a top tier WR. He might go off once a year but for the most part irrelevant. Nice guy though.

He was one of the key pieces for Oakland when they had that fluke 12-4 year where Derek Carr looked like the next big elite QB.

Amari is easily a top 5 route runner & pass catcher. Cows don't make a SB run last year without him.

Marshon shut down a borderline elite WR on last Sunday.

Evans is up next.

Evans did much better against the Saints last year in the first game with Fitzpatrick than he did in the second with Jameis. Something to consider.

He's not better than MT, AB, Hopkins, Julio who are elite. He's still good, better than average but the dude is soft. Gets pushed around a lot from what I've seen and not just last week either. Struggles to get open. When he does though look out.

Beast - just last year you and I were going back and forth on Julio and you didn't think he was an elite WR & thought he was getting "garbage yards" in games.

I don't think Julio is elite anymore. Historically though, in his prime he was. Are you saying Amari is just as good as Julio when Julio was his age. Not sure how that can be justified. Is he as good as MT, Hopkins. I don't see that at all.

Wasn't Cooper playing on a bad ankle this past week? If the injury was legit, then the Saints were smart to put Lattimore on him one-on-on as that was a Saints-Advantage mismatch...

Lattimore with two games vs Mike Evans and another two vs Julio - that will be the tell-tale of how good Lattimore has progressed as well as another matchup vs an over-looked elite WR, T.Y. Hilton...

And then there's the matchup vs future HOF WR Larry Fitzgerald, who's age may prohibit him from doing it every week, but can still turn in a HOF highlight game any given Sunday...

Lattimore has no shortage of challenges to take on each season in the NFC South...
